After 3 months of regular exercise with Joe I regained all functional movement without experiencing pain. I continued using Joe’s services as a Personal Trainer as I wanted to get fitter, stronger and most importantly lose the stone that I put on whilst I recovered from my injury. I achieved this in only 3 months. I now follow a sensible eating regime and enjoy my regular training sessions with Joe. I recently took my whole family to Dorset for a very enjoyable short weekend break. My husband found the hiking a bit challenging but the weekend did kick-start his new found tolerance of the gym.
